After more than 40 years in the dealership business — including my tenure as a dealership COO — I operate as a principal investor in the automotive market. I acquire dealerships directly, purchase dealership real estate and structure sale-leasebacks, and fund build-to-suit development as the capital partner — not the intermediary.
